Please read them all. ≡ Ordering ≡ What are your accepted payment methods? All prices listed on our website are in JPY Yen. We accept Visa, MasterCard, DC card, and JCB card. We also accept PayPal. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are exactly correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary. Do you accept PayPal? Yes! We accept PayPal on our PayPal’s shopping cart. To pay using PayPal, you have to make an established PayPal account. There is ¥360,000JPY limit for new buyers on PayPal. For more information on a PayPal account, visit their website. To place your order using PayPal, just place items in your shopping cart, this will direct you to the PayPal website. Enter your PayPal login e-mail address and password and hit continue. Follow the instructions on the PayPal website to process your payment. Once you confirm and process the final payment on the PayPal website, you will be redirected back to KENZSPORTS website, and you will receive PayPal’s e-mail. For the details of our return policy and instructions on how to return an item, please click here. What’s your cancellation policy? You have the ability to cancel your own order, as long as it hasn’t been sent to our shop for processing. To cancel your order, let us know via e-mail. ask@kenz-pro.com. Your credit card will not be charged, and the order will be deleted permanently. Please note that orders placed using PayPal cannot be canceled immediately. Please let us know that you used PayPal. Therefore we will cancel your PayPal payment. Some of our products have a high popularity, so please be patient when you order them. Please be sure you are willing to wait before you order the item. We will do everything we can to expedite your order for the fastest turn around time possible. Please note, after the order has been sent to our shop for processing, our customer service staff will not be able to cancel it. ≡ Shipping ≡ How often do you ship? In Japan: We’ll normally ship your order within 3 to 4 days if it’s in stock, and it’s not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. If your order is not in stock, we will tell you when the delivery sends out via e-mail. Do you ship outside Japan? Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, add your shipping area of outside Japan. (The method of our shopping cart is that shipping fee is as one of items.) We ship orders via EMS of Japanese Postal Service, and you will receive a tracking number when your orders ships. Most orders (in-stock items) should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fees are not controlled by KENZSPORTS. Also, you might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. KENZSPORTS does sell some performance products that are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street / highway vehicles. The use of products obtained from KENZSPORTS is at the sole discretion of the purchaser. The purchaser of any product from KENZSPORTS releases KENZSPORTS from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use. |
